1. Terms
By using this website or purchasing any services from Wilmington Marketing Automation, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.
2. Services
Wilmington Marketing Automation provides marketing system setup, consulting, and management for small businesses. Services may include lead capture automation, reputation management, appointment scheduling, and follow-up communication tools. Each service is customized to the client’s business needs.
3. Payments and Refunds
Setup fees are billed once at project start. Ongoing management and support are billed monthly.
A 14-day money-back guarantee applies to new clients. After that period, all payments are final and non-refundable.
4. Cancellations
Clients may cancel monthly services at any time before the next billing date by providing written notice. Cancellation ends access to any systems, automations, or reports provided by Wilmington Marketing Automation.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, timely communication, and account access (such as Google Business, Facebook, or other marketing tools) to enable setup and ongoing management.
6. Confidentiality
All client information is kept private and secure. We do not sell or share any business or personal data with third parties without consent, except when required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Wilmington Marketing Automation is not liable for issues caused by third-party software, hosting platforms, or integrations. Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the 90 days preceding the claim.
8. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to update service offerings, pricing, or terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any legal action will take place in New Hanover County, NC.
